What is your minimum order policy (MOQ)?

Our policy is 1 roll minimum. Yardages depend on the type of the fabric.

Do you have a catalog?

Due to our constantly expanding product lines, a printed catalog is not available, but you can view our current products and services and order samples on this webpage or contact our knowledgeable staff to help find the exact fabric you need.

Do you send samples?

Yes! We do send samples. You can order samples of most fabrics by selecting “Sample Swatch” or “Sample Yard” on the fabric page. You can also contact our sales staff for help selecting fabric colors and textures.

Can I print my own design? Do you have an in-house designer?

Yes, we offer printing service and have an in-house designer. For further information please see “Professional Textile Printing“.

Do you provide sourcing service?

Yes, if we don’t have the fabric you are looking for, we offer sourcing services. Please provide us with as much as information you can about the fabric you are requesting (such as content, width, weight, colors). You can even send a sample for us to best match your fabric.

What payments method do you accept?

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You may also pay by Cash, Wire Transfer, or Business Check. Personal Checks are not accepted.

Do you charge Sales Taxes?

We are located in Los Angeles, California. We charge the 9.5% LA County sales tax. If you reside outside of California, no sales tax applies to your purchase.

I live in California and I have sales tax exemption / resale certificate. How should I proceed?

Please send us a copy of your sales tax exemption / resale certificate via e-mail or fax and we will waive the sales tax.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Canada, Mexico, and The United States. Please note that all duties and brokerage fees are customer’s responsibility.

Do you ship to every State of the United States?

Yes we do.

What shipping methods do you use?

We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx and major trucking companies when shipping your orders.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We don’t ship to PO Boxes unless sent item is a sample.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ships in 1-3 business days although we can’t guarantee due to the nature of fabric business. Also, please note that weekends and national holidays are excluded.

Do you offer expedite shipping?

Yes, we do. Any additional fees for expedite shipping are customer’s responsibility. Please contact our shipping department for further information.

Do you offer any other services?

Yes. In addition to being your ultimate source of fabric, at SOFI Enterprises Inc, we offer many different services including, but not limited to, laundry, wet printing, manufacturing and production. We are here to support and assist you through every step and can help you with any questions or requests you may have.

Do you offer any services out of United States?

Yes. We can assist you with any production needs from fabric sourcing to dyeing and manufacturing in collaboration with our local & overseas partners.
